Monday, January 16 (This will be our daily schedule unless otherwise noted) Tuesday, January 17 (same schedule) Wednesday, January 18 Thursday, January 19 (regular schedule) Friday, January 20 Saturday, January 21 | Student check-in begins at 3:00 pm and continues until 5:00 pm.
Please plan your arrival accordingly. If you are unable to arrive during those hours, please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements. Because Atlantic Center is not a hotel or conference center with a front desk staff, we will need to arrange for a volunteer to be available upon your arrival after 5:00 pm. Atlantic Center is gated, and you will need to contact us for access after 5:00 pm. Dinner will be served in the dining hall at 6:00 pm After dinner (approximately 7:30 pm) there will be a program to welcome students by introducing our faculty. Breakfast is served from 8:00 - 9:00 am. (Coffee will be available by 7:00 am) Classes begin at 9:00 am Tevel from Allcraft will be open and each class will have an assigned time for initial purchases. After all classes have had an opportunity to shop, Tevel will be open all day Monday and on Tuesday morning for students to shop at their leisure. Lunch is served from noon until 1:00 pm (studios are closed and locked during meals) Classes resume at 1:00 pm and end at 4:30. Students may continue to work from 4:30 until dinner as "open studio" as long as two people are present in the classroom. Dinner is served at 6:00 pm. (studios are closed and locked during meals) Studios will reopen in the evening after dinner (7:30-ish) as long as at least two students are in the room at all times until 11:00 pm. Classes end at 3:30 pm We appreciate the cooperation of our students not only to wrap things up promptly at 3:30, but also to NOT wrap up before 3:30. Packing up early can be a distraction to the instructor and other students trying to focus on their work during those last precious hours and minutes, so thank-you in advance for extending that courtesy. We can always use a few extra hands to help us pack up the studio equipment, too, so when you've finished packing your own items, we sure appreciate your help as we pack and tidy up the studios. Dinner at 6:00 pm followed by our "Wrap Party" Show & Sell This is a great opportunity to unwind with new & old friends as you get one more chance to view (and purchase!) instructor's work and that of our many talented students. Use this Show & Sell to do just that -- network, showcase products you sell, promote classes you teach, etc-- reserve a table at no charge to workshop participants.
